SYRINGES 2-PIECE SYRINGES

These products are made of two parts, the barrel and the plunger. They are available in two different sizes of 2m1 and Sml. The syringes are produced according to the Iranian Standard#770 as well as ISO 7886 and are checked by an assembling machine to detect any possible leakage.

General Specification:

* The syringes are sterile, disposable, non toxic and pyrogen-free.
* The transparent property of the barrel allows the user to see fluid inside.
* The indelible black calibration on the barrel makes it easy to read.

Component Specification:

* The barrel is made of transparent polypropylene.
* The plunger is made of polyethylene.
* The cannula is made of stainless steel and inside and outside diameters comply with ISO 9626.
* The needle protector is made of transparent polypropylene.
* The needle hub is made of polypropylene and is color coded according to ISO 6009.
* The needle is lubricated with medical grade silicon oil.

Packaging:

The packaging consists of medical grade paper
and plastic film. The 2-piece syringes are packed
in cartons containing 10 boxes of 100 pieces each.

Sterilization:

These products are sterilized by ethylene oxide.
