INSULIN SYRINGE (3-PIECE)

The 3-piece insulin syringe is formed of the barrel, the plunger, and the rubber stopper. This product comes in 3 sizes of 28G, 29G & 30G. The insulin syringe is used to inject insulin to the diabetic patients. This product has a cap and a protector and is produced according to the Iranian Standard # 3591 as well as ISO 8537.

General Specification:

* The 3-piece insulin syringes are sterile, disposable, non-toxic and pyrogen-free.
* The cannula is assembled with the barrel so that it forms an integrated syringe. This syringe has
the minimum amount of dead space so it complies with ISO 8537.
* The indelible black calibration on the barrel makes it easy to read. The surface of the rubber stopper is lubricated with silicon oil. This will guarantee a consistent and steady movement of the plunger and the rubber stopper inside the barrel.
* The capacity of the barrel is equal to 1 ml and is calibrated by 100 units.

Component Specification:

* The barrel is made of transparent polypropylene.
* The plunger is made of polyethylene.
* The cap and the protector are made of transparent polypropylene.
* The rubber stopper is made of latex free rubber and has the natural rubber seal ring.
* The cannula (needle) is made of stainless steel and the inside and outside diameters comply with ISO 9626.

Packaging:

The 3-piece insulin syringes are packed in cartons containing 30 boxes. Each box consists of 10 packs of 10 pieces each.

Sterilization:

These products are sterilized by ethylene oxide.
